Terms of delivery
All orders are made in our web shop or through personal contact with us. All prices include 24% VAT. If you have a valid VAT number we can send your orders as VAT free inside EU. Email us your VAT ID and we will update your account to EU bussiness account. Orders collected from our store always includes VAT.
Customers outside EU should contact us for a 0% VAT invoice.
Payment
- Prepayment invoice. After placed order we send you a prepayment invoice. Your order will be shipped after received payment.

All returns must be agreed by email before sending it back. Soulman AB does not pay any shipping costs on international returns.
Postage and handling charges

Reclamations
If you find an error on the delivery on a Soulman product or another product you have ordered you'll need to make a complaint within in two weeks from receiving the shipment. This is done by e-mail before sending anything back. Include your name, the order number and invoice with detailed description of the defect.
Warranty
Soulman pedalboards, power switch boxes, patch boxes and cables comes with a three year warranty. Warranty expires if any of these mentioned parts has been misused, soldered or modificated. Other electronic equipment manufacturers have their own warranty and the duration of the warranty depends on product and manufacturer.
