FAQ

What is the difference between the Standard and Custom series?

The Standard series is our most common range, with signal and power switch modules included – a plug & play pedalboard solution. The Custom series lets you tweak your own pedalboard: you start with blank plates and choose the modules you want, or leave the plates blank.

Where are Soulman pedalboards made?

All Soulman pedalboards are manufactured locally in Ostrobothnia, Finland, from 2 mm CNC-bent, laser-cut and powder-coated aluminium with wooden sides of certified teak.

What warranty do you offer?

Soulman pedalboards, power switch modules, signal modules and cables come with a three-year warranty. The warranty expires if a part has been misused, soldered or modified. Products from other manufacturers carry their own warranty, which depends on the product and manufacturer.

What does shipping cost?

Add the products you want to the cart – the actual shipping cost for your order is shown there before you pay.

Do your prices include VAT?

All prices include 25.5% Finnish VAT. If you have a valid EU VAT number, we can ship your order VAT-free within the EU – email us your VAT ID and we will update your account to an EU business account. Customers outside the EU can contact us for a 0% VAT invoice.

Which payment methods can I use?

You can pay by credit card, PayPal, bank deposit or prepayment invoice. With a prepayment invoice, your order is shipped once the payment has been received.

Can I return a product?

All returns must be agreed by email before sending anything back. Soulman AB does not pay shipping costs on international returns.

Something is wrong with my delivery – what do I do?

Make a complaint within two weeks of receiving the shipment, by email before sending anything back. Include your name, order number and invoice, with a detailed description of the issue.
